Introduction to Company

Noches de Colombia is a restaurant and bakery specializing in Colombian cuisine. It was started in the early 1990’s by Geiser Fajardo and Dider Fajardo as a small experiment. Noches de Colombia has since grown to over seventeen restaurants in the Northern New Jersey region. Our restaurant located on 90th in Bergenline, is on border of Fairview and North Bergen, New Jersey. It hires over 40 full time and part time staff.  Since its early days Noches de Colombia is known for quick service and a large portion of food. Today, Noches de Colombia also offers baked goods and rental space for weddings, parties, and special events.

 

Meet the Operations Managers

 

The operations managers and owners for Noches de Colombia are Brian and Patricia Borre. Brian and Patricia have been the operations managers for noches since it’s opening in 2010. The partnership has been imperative to the success of the company. Before managing  on a daily basis, Patricia was an accountant in a marketing firm in New York. She earned a bachelors of science in accounting from William Paterson University. In college, Patricia worked as a part time waitress on the first Noches de Colombia which opened in West New York.  Before working currently at our location, Brian was a manager at a previous Noches de Colombia location. He was successful and flourished as a leader, and in 2009 he decided to open up a franchise of his own along with Patricia.
